Shipping Policy

USA Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We do not ship on Sunday or holidays. In some cases shipments can be delayed due to high volume. If there is any major delays we will either reach out by email or phone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping is flat rate ($2.99) through USPS. We use Priority Mail and all shipments should be received within 2-3 days once shipped. We ship to all of the U.S., U.S. Territories, and P.O. Boxes.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. The tracking number in most cases will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not is responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

Superganix, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
