
Return, Refund, Subscription Policy
Thank you for supporting Superganix!
If you need to return or exchange your order for whatever reason we’re here to help!
We offer free returns or exchanges of unopened products within 60 days of receiving your order.
You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs on returned items.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to return:

- Please include in the Subject line your order number and the word “RETURN”
- We will confirm via email your request and start the return/exchange process.
- Re-package the product back in the original shipping box and send to:

Additional Information:
You will receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit with 1-2 weeks.
Any shipping fees will be pre-paid by USPS Priority Mail.
A returned restocking fee can be added in the amount of 15%.
Lost or damaged items, please reach out to us and the shipping company for more information.
We do not ship internationally.
Shipping cost are non-refundable.
When shipping your returned items, you should use the USPS 9.5″ x 12.5″ Padded Flat Rate Envelope for shipping.
If you don’t have the original packaging, this envelope is available for free at your local USPS office.
Subscription Cancellation & Renewal Policy
Superganix subscriptions provide recurring deliveries of selected products at the cadence you choose (for example, every 30, 60, or 90 days). Your subscription auto-renews at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel, pause, or change the next order date at any time before the next renewal charge is processed.
How to Cancel
Cancel any time using any of the methods below, no penalties:
- Online: Sign in at Superganix.com → Account → Subscriptions → Cancel
- Email: [email protected] with subject line “Cancel Subscription” from your account email
We honor the date/time we receive your request in Mountain Time (MT).
Renewal Timing & Cutoffs
- Your renewal charge occurs on the same calendar day as your first subscription order (or the closest available day in shorter months).
- To avoid the next charge, submit your cancellation at least 24 hours before the upcoming renewal date/time shown in your account.
- If a renewal has already been processed, it applies to that cycle; cancellation will stop future renewals.
Pausing, Skipping, and Changes
Before your next charge is processed, you may:
- Pause your subscription for 30 days,
- Skip the next shipment, or
- Change product, quantity, cadence, or ship-to details.
All options are available in Account → Subscriptions or by contacting Support.
Trials, Intro Discounts, and Minimum Terms
- If a free or discounted trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription at the published price unless you cancel before the trial ends. We send a reminder 3–7 days prior to trial end.
- Unless explicitly stated at checkout, there is no minimum commitment and no early-termination fee.
Pricing, Taxes, Shipping & Changes
- Subscription prices may change. We will send advance notice at least 30 days before any price increase. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before the effective date.
- Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at each renewal based on your delivery address and chosen speed.
Refunds & Returns on Subscription Orders
- Processed renewals are generally non-refundable once they’ve been batched for fulfillment. If your order has not entered fulfillment, contact us and we’ll make reasonable efforts to cancel and refund that cycle.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact Support within 30 days for a replacement or refund per our standard Returns Policy.
Payment Authorization
By starting a subscription, you authorize Superganix (and our payment processor) to store your payment method and to charge it automatically on each renewal until you cancel. If your payment method fails, we may retry and/or contact you to update payment details.
Notifications
We send:
- Order confirmations at signup and each renewal,
- Upcoming renewal reminders for trials and where required, and
- Policy or price change notices.
