If you need to return or exchange your order for whatever reason we’re here to help!
We offer free returns or exchanges of unopened products within 30 days of receiving your order.
You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs on returned items.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to return:

- Please include in the Subject line your order number and the word “RETURN”
- We will confirm via email your request and start the return/exchange process.
- Re-package the product back in the original shipping box and send to:

Additional Information:
You will receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit with 1-2 weeks.
Any shipping fees will be pre-paid by USPS Priority Mail.
A returned restocking fee can be added in the amount of 15%.
Lost or damaged items, please reach out to us and the shipping company for more information.
We do not ship internationally.
Shipping cost are non-refundable.
When shipping your returned items, you should use the USPS 9.5″ x 12.5″ Padded Flat Rate Envelope for shipping.
If you don’t have the original packaging, this envelope is available for free at your local USPS office.
