How to Use:

1. Wash Hands & Clean Application Area. Be sure to use sterile cleaning practices on both hands and application area.
2. Open. Remove lid from jar.
3. Measure. Place desired amount of balm on your finger tips.
4. Apply. Gently massage the balm into application area until fully absorbed.
5. Relax. Try not to use or strain the application area for 30 minutes.
